Corrections policy
How to report a factual issue.
Accuracy matters because travel technology, provider terms and service availability can change. We welcome focused correction requests from readers, providers and other knowledgeable parties.
What to include
Email support@clicktraveltech.com with the page URL, the specific statement you believe needs correction, and a link or document that supports the update. Please do not send passwords, payment information or other sensitive personal data.
How we assess requests
We review the supplied information against primary provider documentation or other appropriate sources. A commercial relationship does not guarantee a change, and a requested change must be accurate, relevant and supported. Where a provider’s terms are the primary source, readers should always check the provider’s current page before acting.
What happens next
If a material factual correction is needed, we update the relevant page and its updated date. We may also clarify wording where an earlier statement could reasonably mislead readers. Not every feedback message receives an individual response, but relevant requests are reviewed.
Editorial independence
Corrections improve accuracy; they are not a path to remove balanced limitations, criticism or alternatives that remain factually supported. Read our Editorial Policy and How We Review pages for the standards that guide those decisions.
